At 212 West 93rd Street in Manhattan, the architecture firm ODA created terraces for many units, using a series of cantilevers on the 14-story, 20-unit condominium building. 70 percent of the units prices from $850,000 to $6.79 million, have terraces up to 580 square feet or more.
